I grew up around beautiful things. My mother had a remarkable eye for design, weaving family heirlooms into each home through color, texture, pattern, feng shui, and intuition. Long before I had language for it, I was learning how objects carry meaning and how spaces shape the way we live.

When my great-grandmother's sleepwear collection was lost in a house fire, I lost more than clothing. I lost a piece of family history. After years working in fashion technology and seeing how far most products drift from their original inspiration, I decided to rebuild it to honor the heritage while bringing it into the present.

That project became an obsession with what makes a life feel fully inhabited. Why some homes feel alive while others feel unfinished or staged. Why getting dressed can feel grounding or completely draining.

310 Cozette Street is where those ideas live.

It began with sleepwear and expanded into wardrobe and home design. I've helped clients refine personal style, shape entire living environments, and create spaces that reflect who they are. People have always come to me for this. As a tastemaker, I understand how people and their environments speak to one another.

I'm Chloe, based in New York City. I work with a small number of clients at a time. Every room in this house exists for those ready to stop decorating their lives and start designing them.
